Overview

Define how each provider actually works — weekly open hours, one-off and recurring blocks, same-day and next-day holds, and pre/post appointment buffers — from a single admin panel. Rules drive real-time slot calculation and sync to the Canvas Clinic and Administrative calendars, so bookable time always reflects reality. Timezone-aware throughout, with a validated CSV bulk import to stand up an entire practice at once.

See every provider's open hours, blocks, and holds at a glance, with a color-coded status legend.
Create a rule — pick Available, Blocked, or Hold, then scope it to providers, locations, and visit types.
Set single or recurring schedules with pre/post-appointment buffers and a minimum booking lead time.
Toggle Recurring for weekly rules — choose the repeat interval, effective date range, and per-day hours.
Manage access and assign timezones for the whole practice or per provider.
Bulk-import availability for many staff at once from a validated CSV.
