Overview
Patients don't always remember what they're filling, and running a medication history request mid-visit is slow and easy to forget. Rx History sends Surescripts eligibility and history requests automatically one and seven days before each appointment, then lays the returned history beside the active medication list - matched rows flagged, gaps obvious - right in the chart.
